Daimler Truck CARRY has been the central system for load carrier management at Daimler Truck AG since December 2, 2024. It controls the company's own load carriers, which are made available to you as a supplier for parts delivery in return for a usage fee. The application serves as a communication platform for all matters relating to load carriers between our partners and you as a supplier. As a supplier to Daimler Truck AG, you are required to register with Daimler Truck CARRY. If you hear the name RPM, this is another name for "Daimler Truck CARRY".

Access to Daimler Truck CARRY

1. Log in to the Daimler Truck Supplier Portal with your supplier number.
2. Click on "Applications".
3. Select the roles you need for your work in Daimler Truck Carry. 
       You can select multiple roles. The roles determine which views and functions you have in the application.

Entry into Daimler Truck CARRY

After logging in, you will find general information, training content and the Workzone with the following important apps:

App "Manage Business Partners"
Please update your supplier contact details immediately and keep them up to date (including e-mail address).
In the "CARRY process" field, add your role (ideally identical to the login role) and the process.
This allows us to reach you specifically by e-mail for tasks.

App "Packaging Plan"
Contains the current, defined packaging plans.
Please check them proactively regularly.
Changes will be made by email or will be considered accepted after one week without your action.

App "Manage Packaging Issues"
For inquiries about system, applications, rent, inventory, contact persons, etc. (without location partners).
For enquiries about booking differences, empties supply, etc., with details of the location partner (recipient plant).

App "Review Posting Documents"
To create tickets in the event of complaints about LC posting differences or missing postings (goods receipt at DTAG or goods issue at DTAG).

App "Account Statements"
For transparency of all account movements and your regular monitoring.
Basis for LC supply, rent and inventory.

App "Rent accounting, rental prices, rental reports"
For your overview of the usage fee.

App "Perform Inventory Count"
For recording the load carriers during the annual cut-off date inventory.

App "SLC Demand Planning"
For SLT procurement and adaptation of the LUF in the event of changes in the logistics chain or relocation.

Communication takes place via ticket creation in "Daimler Truck CARRY".

For general enquiries, use the "Manage Packaging Issues" app and specify the location partner (recipient plant) so that your enquiry is forwarded directly to the responsible partners at the Daimler Truck Plants. All other inquiries go to our central support center.

General inquiries (e.g . questions about apps, tasks, contact persons):
Selection: "Manage Packaging Issues" → "Request" → subcategory "General Inquiry".

Empties supply:
Selection: "Manage Packaging Issues" → "Request" → subcategory "Empties supply" with details of the location partner (recipient plant).

Complaints about incorrect or missing LC bookings:
Via the app "Review Posting Documents" by specifying the delivery note.
Further tracking is done via "Manage Packaging Issues".

Until the "Daimler Truck CARRY" application has been fully onboarded, you can use the support of the Supplier Portal or the Mailbox dtag-lt-lieferantenbetreuung@daimlertruck.com.

The role defines which apps in "Daimler TruckCARRY" are available to the respective user:

"Daimler Truck CARRY" is based on the standardized SAP software FIORI and offers a user-friendly interface that is easy to use.
On the home page, you will find switch fields with up-to-date information and support for the applications.
The in-app help (question mark symbol at the top right of every page) provides you with documents and additional information on use and content.
