Dear Suppliers,

since our company is in the scope of the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) regulation, we are required to request manufacturer data and carbon emission data from certain suppliers in case of importing goods (mainly iron/steel or aluminium goods) into the EU. It is mandatory for us to comply with reporting obligations where our company currently has to submit quarterly reports to the EU about imported goods and their emissions.

To help us in the collection of all required data from suppliers, we have commissioned the company eDOC AS GmbH. Therefore, relevant suppliers that need to provide CBAM data will be contacted by our service provider. Please support us in collecting all necessary data to comply with the CBAM regulation and respond as soon as possible to the requests.
