We are pleased to inform you about important system changes in the inbound logistics of Daimler Truck AG. As part of our continuous optimization measures, the existing IBL application will be replaced by the innovative smartIBL system. This transition will take place in three carefully planned go-live phases.

What is smartIBL?

smartIBL is the central interface for daily collaboration between our external suppliers, freight forwarders and the internal employees of Daimler Truck AG. With the implementation of smartIBL, we are saying goodbye to the previous IBL systems and establishing our own, future-oriented solution for our inbound logistics. Under the motto "Smarter Logistics, Smartest Move", we are aiming to make our logistics processes more efficient and user-friendly.

Where can I find all the relevant information?

To provide you with the best possible, comprehensive overview of smartIBL, we have created the smartIBL Infodeck. This Infodeck contains all relevant details, news and updates about smartIBL. It is updated regularly to ensure that you are always informed about the latest developments. In addition, app-specific updates and changes will be communicated to you in frequently via the current communication channels.
