Necessary steps before first delivery:

  • Setting up the EDI connection for sending the ASN (Advance Shipping Notice):

    The EDI connection must be correctly configured by you. Here we see that this has not yet been done by all suppliers.

    If you have any questions about the technical setup, the EDI hotline (edi.hotline@t-systems.com) is available for you.


    Please read the following three attachments carefully:

    1. Factory-specific parameters (related to the extended delivery note)
    2. EDI parameters – must be set up by you (please forward to your IT department – FMO file for CarlEDI use)
    3. EDI parameters – must be set up by you (please forward to your IT department – CMO file for EDIS use)
  • Change of invoicing address for deliveries to plant 1963 / 963:

    We would like to inform you that we have adjusted our billing address for Halberstadt (plant 1963 / 963). Please use the new address for future invoices.

    Please ensure that you take this change into account in your processes immediately, especially during parallel deliveries to plant 057 and plant 963.

  • Proactive processing of SMB

    In our information dated 28.04.2025, we informed you about the change in our call-off logic in our call-offs - according to VDA standard - for plant 963. To harmonize the processes on your side, we have adopted the logic of the VDA standard (analogous to series delivery) with the introduction of our new system. We transmit the "current date as arrival date" in the call-offs sent via EDI for plant 963 as well as in the SMB, regardless of the received message format (VDA4905, EDIFACT, etc.). Please process SMB/BBM proactively even if your traffic light is green. To manage our initial stocking and our service providers (transport and packaging), we urgently need the information whether you can meet the delivery dates.
