User ID

Please find information, frequently asked questions and instructions regarding your user ID below.

  • Your user ID is blocked?

    You can no longer log in to the Supplier Portal because your User ID is blocked? Please contact your Portal Manager to unlock your User ID.

    Quick guide for the Portal Manager to unblock the user can be found here.

  • Have you been asked to verify your email address?

    You cannot log in to the Supplier Portal and you are asked to verify your e-mail address?

    Please follow the instructions for verification. Once you have finished the verification process, you will you be able to log in to the Supplier Portal again.

  • Forgot your password?
    • For user WITH verified e-mail address: Click on "Sign in " in the Supplier Portal and then on the link "Forgot your password?" in the login screen
    • For users WITHOUT verified email address: Please contact your portal manager to reset your password.

  • Registration of new user IDs

    You do not have a user ID for the Supplier Portal yet?

    Quick start to your new portal user

  • I have applied for a new user ID but have not received any access data.

    The application for a new user ID must first be approved by your Portal Manager. You will receive your access data after the approval.

  • Want to change your password?

    You still know your password but want to change it? Click on "Sign in" in the Supplier Portal and then on the link "Modify password" in the login screen.

  • My user ID has been deleted. Can it be restored?

    No, deleted user IDs are irrevocably deleted. If a user ID is still required, a new user ID must be requested.

  • How do I find my Portal Manager?

    Log in to the Daimler Truck Supplier Portal and click on the "My Profile" in the upper right corner and then on "My Portal Manager".

  • Your Profile

    You can access your profile by clicking on the profile icon on the right side of the navigation. You will find the below mentioned options:

    • My Portal Manager: Shows you your Portal Manager.
    • Edit my profile: Here you can change your personal information.
    • Delete my Profile: Here you can delete your profile.
    • Change my Password: Here you can change your password.
    • Apply as Portal Manager: Here you can apply for Portal Manager.
