Our mission is "For all who keep the world moving." To continue to deliver leading products, we need to capture the full "idea power" of our supply base. SIMple ensures that cost-down ideation is available to all suppliers, not just those involved in specific workshops.

What kind of ideas can I submit?
We welcome all ideas that drive cost reduction and efficiency across the value chain, including:
- Technical & product optimization (e.g., specification adjustments, design simplification, material substitution)
- Production & process improvements (e.g., cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, automation)
- Supply chain & sourcing (e.g., alternative sourcing concepts, make or buy investigations, Tier‑N optimization, bundling, footprint shifts)
- Logistics & packaging optimization (e.g., optimized transport routes, packaging standardization, minimum order quantity adjustments)
- Complexity reduction & standardization (e.g., variant reduction, part commonality)

What happens after I submit an idea?
Your idea is directly routed from the buyer to a cross-functional evaluation team. You will receive status updates via the portal.
Generally, there are three outcomes:
- Request for Info: We have further questions to process the evaluation.
- Approved: Idea is valid to be pursued.
- Rejected: Idea is not or currently not valid to be pursued.
