How PEPPOL Works

The principle is straightforward:

1. Connect Once
   Gain access to the network via a certified PEPPOL Access Point.
2. Uniquely Identify Participants
   Each company uses a unique PEPPOL ID.
3. Exchange Documents
   Invoices & related documents are:
   • transmitted automatically
   • processed in a standardized manner
   • delivered directly to the target system
