We are writing to inform you of a scheduled system freezing period of SDB-T for supplier master data that will occur from Friday, 13.12.2024 (end of business) to Monday, 13.01.2025. This affects all our national and international locations. During this time, no supplier master data creations, changes or any other action can be performed within our system and will be unavailable to ensure a smooth transition and necessary updates.

Please ensure that all necessary supplier master data changes are requested as soon as possible – there is no exception to access SDB-T in this freezing period. All open and unprocessed processes need to be cancelled due to the holistic process change.

Purpose of the Freezing Period:

This system freeze is required to facilitate the go live preparation, execution of cutover and migration tasks at SDB-T.

Key Points to Note:

• Start of System Freeze: Friday, 13.12.2024 (EOB Europe – 17:00 CEST)
• End of System Freeze: Monday, 13.01.2025
• Unavailable Actions: During this period, no new updates, uploads, or modifications to the system will be permitted. All changes must be completed prior to the freeze. Additionally, the SDB-T access is restricted for all users.

Preparation for the Freeze:

We recommend that you plan accordingly for this period. If there are any updates or data that need to be processed, please ensure they are completed before Friday, 13.12.2024. Please ensure that uploaded documents fit to the entered data to enable a smooth process handling.
