Dear suppliers and partners,
To comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, we have updated our Daimler Truck Special Terms (DTST). It impacts DTST chapter 36 “Social Responsibility, Environmental Protection and Product Compliance”. The update is reflected in Annex 1 to the DTST 12/2021.
We assume responsibility and commit ourselves to respecting human rights and environmental protection along the supply chain. For this reason, we are asking all of our suppliers and partners to sign the “Sustainability” supplemental agreement by September 30, 2023 at the latest. Your Daimler Truck contact will get in touch with you in the coming weeks.
