While updating our registration procedure, we will consolidate the supplier user accounts, also in order to make the cooperation with Daimler Truck AG more efficient for you in the future.
Good news! If we identify multiple user accounts linked to the same email address, we will consolidate them into a single main user account - we have identified this case for over 10.000 email addresses and 20.000 accounts!
Once the login procedure has been changed, you only need to change your password during the first login and you will have one supplier user account from now on!
If this consolidation of accounts for the e-mail address identified is not desired, we would ask you to change the accounts to individual e-mail addresses.
This change is expected to take place at the end of the third to the beginning of the fourth quarter 2024.
